WebKIDDS 2010 UPDATES
For the 2010-11 school year, we will be making some fairly significant additions to the forms section. In order to make sure that our forms are as up to date as possible, we will not be printing out forms and distributing them out anymore. From now on ALL forms will be completed in WebKIDSS and printed out from there. We understand that this is a big change and will take a little bit of getting used to, but we feel the benefits will outweigh the costs. The following forms will be available for you to use on WebKIDSS:
Meeting Notification: (tan form) updated to reflect our most current form.
Parent Consent for Placement Form: (blue form) updated to reflect our most current form.
Excusal From Attendance Form
IEP Ammendment Form
Positive Behavior Referral Form: New Double Radar Process Referral
FBA/BIP Form: New Double Radar Process
Along with the new forms, we will also be requiring you to update your profile and to file all of your IEP documents. To help you with that process, I am including a PowerPoint explaning the process as well as a video showing you how to do each of the new things that we will be asking you to do.
